Return Policy
Health regulations prevent us from exchanging worn intimate apparel. When trying on lingerie for size, all undergarments MUST be worn. However, in the event our garment(s) does not meet your satisfaction, we will grant returns on merchandise that has not been worn, damaged, or altered by you. All labels and tags must be intact and in it’s original packaging. Acceptable merchandise may be exchanged or refunded within 7 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
